On January 10, the Millennium Institute for Care Research, MICARE, held its first Postdoctoral Annual Conference at Universidad Andrés Bello.
The postdoctoral researchers Francisca Ortiz and Javiera Rosell presented their studies on older people’s support networks and the use of technology by older caregivers, respectively.
MICARE associate researcher and UC professor María Beatriz Fernández was the panel chair, where she welcomed the attendees and provided some final thoughts on the presentations.
The event was also live-streamed on MICARE’s YouTube channel. It included Chilean Sign Language interpretation.
